Warranty:
ElectroWeld Industries warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period.  If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Electroweld Industries will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product with a similar product.  The warranty period is 12 months from delivery to customer.

Delivery:  Approximately 8-10 Weeks after Receipt of Purchase Order
Terms:      30% With Purchase Order,  60% Prior to Shipping, Balance Net 30
