This Hercules™ series high production, highly efficient, horizontal automatic, dual column, CNC metal cutting band saw, hydraulically controlled machine with multiple material feeds.
Designed for vertical cuts, this band saw is ideal for serial production in industrial settings.
The robust construction, it is possible to cut a wide range of full and profile materials including stainless and tool steel.

A large variety of optional accessories are available to customize the machine for specific sawing requirements.
SIEMENS electronic system PLC control with touch screen display which enables easy and accurate operator control.
The control system operates the regulation of the cutting feed rate and electronic setting of upper and down position of the arm.
The PLC displays blade speed and cutting feed and also controls the inputs and outputs for connection of any accessories.
The machine can operate in two modes:
• Semi-automatic Cycle - The machine cuts the material immediately in a semi-automatic mode. The operator uses the feeder of
the machine for the manipulation with the material and for the exact feed of the material into the cutting zone. The movement of
the feeder is realized by manual buttons or by GTO function. After starting GTO function the operator sets the position of the
feeder, presses START button and feeder goes to the set position.
• Automatic Cycle - The feeder feeds the material according to the set program. The operator sets the cutting program, machine.
realizes these programs, and it is possible to make 99 different programs. The part of one program is a complete setting of the
cut, blade speed, feed speed, automatic regulation, height of the material to be cut, the length of the material and number of
pieces. The length and number of pieces are possible with 99 lines, and the machine feeds differently and set lengths.

The cutting feed rate is regulated by hydraulic throttle valve led by the servo motor enabling very precise feed rate. The
operator sets the program needed with feed rate - mm | min, and the machine will set it up. There are no external factors.

Two basic regimes of automatic system regulation - ASR:
• RZP Indicator - System allows to set the optimal cutting feed rate depending on material band position. Cutting feed rate is
regulated on beginning and end of cut. It is suitable for using of carbide blades.
• ARP Indicator - System of the automatic regulation of the cutting feed rate depending on the cutting resistance of the material
or blunting the blade
• System offers two basic modes of ARP:
• Bi-metal mode is suitable for optimization of the cutting feed when cutting profiles by bi-metal blades. The cutting feed is
higher if the blade cuts sides of the profile. As the blade reaches the full material, the system reduces the cutting feed.
